Cette obligation est parfois appel\u00e9e l&#8217;\u00ab&nbsp;obligation de r\u00e9sidence&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Vous n&#8217;avez toutefois pas \u00e0 satisfaire \u00e0 l&#8217;obligation de r\u00e9sidence si&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>vous \u00eates un couple de m\u00eame sexe dont le mariage a \u00e9t\u00e9 c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 en Ontario;<\/li>\n<li>vous et votre conjoint vivez depuis au moins un an dans un pays qui refuse de vous accorder le divorce parce qu&#8217;il ne reconna\u00eet pas votre mariage c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 au Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces exceptions s&#8217;appliquent aux couples venus au Canada pour s&#8217;y marier parce que leur pays d&#8217;origine ne reconna\u00eet pas les mariages entre conjoints de m\u00eame sexe et qui sont retourn\u00e9s vivre dans leur pays d&#8217;origine apr\u00e8s leur mariage.
