Vous n&#8217;avez toutefois pas \u00e0 vivre dans des lieux diff\u00e9rents pour \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant l\u00e9galement s\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez en effet \u00ab\u00a0vivre s\u00e9par\u00e9s sous le m\u00eame toit\u00a0\u00bb. C&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire que vous continuez d&#8217;habiter \u00e0 la m\u00eame adresse, mais vous ne faites plus rien ensemble (dormir, sortir, cuisiner, manger, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourriez pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer cette option parce que c&#8217;est plus facile de s&#8217;occuper des enfants ensemble, ou parce qu&#8217;un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement vous co\u00fbterait trop cher.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de continuer de vivre ensemble apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9paration, m\u00eame temporairement, d\u00e9pend souvent de facteurs comme\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la pr\u00e9sence ou l&#8217;absence de conflits entre vous et votre conjoint;<\/li>\n<li>la possibilit\u00e9 pour l&#8217;un de vous deux de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager (argent et logement disponible);<\/li>\n<li>la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment dans le cas d&#8217;ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de violence conjugale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous devez aussi songer \u00e0 ce que vous voulez faire avec votre\u00a0domicile une fois que vous et votre conjoint aurez r\u00e9gl\u00e9 toutes les autres questions.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas, aucun des conjoints ne souhaite conserver le <span class=\"no-glossary\">foyer conjugal<\/span>, ou l&#8217;un et l&#8217;autre reconnaissent qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;ont plus les moyens d&#8217;y habiter.
