Signez votre accord de s\u00e9paration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame pouvez inscrire ce dont <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/family-law\/que-devons-nous-faire-si-nous-nous-entendons-sur-ce-qui-se-produira-apres-notre\/\">vous avez convenu<\/a> dans un contrat \u00e9crit appel\u00e9 un accord de s\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Un avocat peut vous aider \u00e0 conclure un accord <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/family-law\/comment-puis-je-conclure-un-accord-qui-aura-force-ex\u00e9cutoire\/\">l\u00e9gal et ex\u00e9cutoire<\/a>. Cela signifie que si votre partenaire ou vous-m\u00eame cessez de respecter l&#8217;accord, le tribunal peut vous obliger \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame avez conclu un accord ex\u00e9cutoire, vous pouvez difficilement l&#8217;<strong>annuler,<\/strong> c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire demander au tribunal la permission de ne pas le respecter.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le tribunal n&#8217;annulera pas un accord parce que l&#8217;un d&#8217;entre vous a chang\u00e9 d&#8217;avis et le trouve maintenant injuste.
