Votre syndic autoris\u00e9 en insolvabilit\u00e9 vous indiquera toutefois si vous devez faire de tels paiements et quel en sera le montant exact, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour calculer vos paiements de revenu exc\u00e9dentaire, prenez le revenu net de votre m\u00e9nage, puis soustrayez la limite fix\u00e9e pour vos frais de subsistance. La limite est r\u00e9vis\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, en 2015, la limite pour une famille de trois personnes s&#8217;\u00e9levait \u00e0 3\u00a0156\u00a0$, ce qui signifie qu&#8217;un m\u00e9nage avec un revenu mensuel de 3\u00a0500\u00a0$ aurait 344\u00a0$ en trop.
