Si le parent payeur touche un type de revenu, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser le <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/tablir-ou-modifier-des-pensions-alimentaires-pour-enfants-en-ligne-1-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service des pensions alimentaires pour enfants<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019<strong>un<\/strong> des crit\u00e8res suivants s\u2019applique au parent payeur, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser le service\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le parent payeur gagne moins de 12\u00a0000\u00a0$ par ann\u00e9e ou plus de 150\u00a0000\u00a0$ par ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Plus de 20\u00a0% de son revenu provient d&#8217;un travail autonome, de revenus locatifs ou d&#8217;emplois saisonniers.<\/li>\n<li>Il tire la majorit\u00e9 de son revenu de ses fonctions d&#8217;administrateur, d&#8217;associ\u00e9 ou de dirigeant, ou de son r\u00f4le d&#8217;actionnaire majoritaire.<\/li>\n<li>Il gagne la majorit\u00e9 de son revenu en esp\u00e8ces et au noir, qui n&#8217;est pas d\u00e9clar\u00e9e dans sa d\u00e9claration de revenus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates le parent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et que vous croyez que les bulletins de paie ou les d\u00e9clarations de revenus du parent payeur n&#8217;indiquent pas la totalit\u00e9 de son revenu, n&#8217;utilisez pas le Service.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le parent payeur pourrait recevoir son salaire en esp\u00e8ces ou ne pas d\u00e9clarer tous ses revenus.
