Recueillez l\u2019information importante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour enregistrer la naissance de votre enfant, il vous faut r\u00e9unir l\u2019information sur votre enfant et sur chacun des parents qui seront inscrits sur le certificat de naissance.<\/p>\n<h3>Information sur votre enfant<\/h3>\n<p>Vous devez fournir les renseignements suivants sur votre enfant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date de naissance de l\u2019enfant;<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9nom, second pr\u00e9nom et nom de famille de l\u2019enfant;<\/li>\n<li>Poids du b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e0 la naissance;<\/li>\n<li>Nom de jeune fille de la m\u00e8re biologique;<\/li>\n<li>Dur\u00e9e de la grossesse, en semaines;<\/li>\n<li>Nom de la personne ayant assist\u00e9 la m\u00e8re biologique lors de l\u2019accouchement (m\u00e9decin, sage-femme autoris\u00e9e ou autre);<\/li>\n<li>Nom de l\u2019h\u00f4pital o\u00f9 l\u2019enfant est n\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certains de ces renseignements se trouvent sur <strong>l\u2019avis de cong\u00e9 de l\u2019h\u00f4pital <\/strong>qui vous est remis apr\u00e8s la naissance de votre enfant.<\/p>\n<h3>Information sur les parents<\/h3>\n<p>Vous devez aussi fournir les renseignements suivants sur chacun des parents inscrits sur l\u2019enregistrement de naissance&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nom complet;<\/li>\n<li>Date de naissance;<\/li>\n<li>Lieu de naissance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-1176663","steps","type-steps","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.9 (Yoast SEO v23.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>2.
