Obtenez une licence de mariage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour vous marier, vous devez habituellement demander une <strong>licence de mariage<\/strong> au gouvernement de l&#8217;Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez parfois utiliser le <strong>formulaire de publication des bans<\/strong> plut\u00f4t que la licence de mariage. Certaines \u00e9glises chr\u00e9tiennes utilisent cette m\u00e9thode pour annoncer le nom des couples qui comptent se marier. Vous pouvez en parler \u00e0 votre pr\u00eatre ou \u00e0 votre ministre du culte. Vous ne pouvez avoir recours aux bans si votre partenaire ou vous-m\u00eame avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 mari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une licence de mariage n&#8217;est <strong>pas <\/strong>la m\u00eame chose qu&#8217;un certificat de mariage. C&#8217;est apr\u00e8s votre mariage que vous pouvez demander un certificat. L&#8217;\u00e9tape\u00a05 indique comment faire.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment demander une licence de mariage<\/h3>\n<p>Pour demander une licence de mariage, vous devez remplir une <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/marriage-licence-application-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Demande de licence de mariage<\/a> avec votre partenaire. Vous y inscrivez des renseignements sur votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame, indiquez o\u00f9 et quand vous comptez vous marier et la signez tous les deux.<\/p>\n<p>Apportez ensuite la formule remplie \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quel <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/liste-des-municipalit-s-de-l-ontario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">h\u00f4tel de ville ou bureau municipal<\/a> de l&#8217;Ontario. Vous pouvez pr\u00e9senter votre demande \u00e0 votre bureau local m\u00eame si vous comptez vous marier dans une autre ville de l&#8217;Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun d&#8217;entre vous doit aussi apporter deux pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;identit\u00e9 produites par le gouvernement, dont une avec photo. Vous pouvez par exemple apporter un passeport, une fiche relative au droit d&#8217;\u00e9tablissement ou un permis de conduire.<\/p>\n<p>Demandez \u00e0 la ville ou \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 quelles sont les pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;identit\u00e9 accept\u00e9es. V\u00e9rifiez \u00e9galement si vous devez prendre rendez-vous ou si vous pouvez vous pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 tout moment pendant les heures de bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Un seul d&#8217;entre vous peut se rendre au bureau ou \u00e0 l&#8217;h\u00f4tel de ville. Il faut toutefois pr\u00e9senter des pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;identit\u00e9 originales pour les deux partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les frais \u00e0 payer sont d&#8217;environ 150\u00a0$.
