Portez plainte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vous pouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/comment-puis-je-porter-plainte-au-minist%C3%A8re-des\">porter plainte<\/a> contre une entreprise de r\u00e8glement de dette ou un conseiller en cr\u00e9dit aupr\u00e8s du <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/minist-re-des-services-gouvernementaux-et-des-services-aux-consommateurs-de-l-ontario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minist\u00e8re des Services au public et aux entreprises<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi porter plainte si l&#8217;entreprise ou le conseiller recourt \u00e0 des pratiques commerciales d\u00e9loyales, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>si elle ou il fait pression sur vous pour que vous utilisiez ses services;<\/li>\n<li>si elle ou il vous menace si vous d\u00e9cidez de ne pas utiliser ses services;<\/li>\n<li>si elle ou il vous donne de l&#8217;information fausse ou incompl\u00e8te sur ses services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Minist\u00e8re a un <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/formulaire-de-plainte-de-consommateur-en-ligne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formulaire de plainte<\/a> que vous pouvez remplir et envoyer par courriel.
