Prouvez votre invalidit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vous devez pr\u00e9ciser les r\u00e9percussions de votre invalidit\u00e9 sur votre vie dans les formulaires de demande de prestations d&#8217;invalidit\u00e9 du RPC.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez expliquer aussi clairement que possible comment votre invalidit\u00e9 vous emp\u00eache de travailler. Sinon, le RPC pourrait rejeter votre demande de prestations.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre admissible aux prestations d&#8217;invalidit\u00e9 du RPC, vous devez avoir une invalidit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois <strong>grave <\/strong>et <strong>prolong\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Par <strong>grave<\/strong>, on entend une invalidit\u00e9 qui vous emp\u00eache de travailler, ou qui ne vous permet pas de travailler de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re <strong>et<\/strong> fait en sorte que vous ne gagnez qu&#8217;un revenu peu \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par <strong>prolong\u00e9e<\/strong>, on entend une invalidit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme dont la dur\u00e9e est ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e, ou une invalidit\u00e9 qui entra\u00eenera votre d\u00e9c\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Un m\u00e9decin doit remplir le formulaire de rapport m\u00e9dical.
