En revanche, elle <strong>ne s&#8217;applique pas<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aux locaux lou\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins commerciales;<\/li>\n<li>aux logements publics ou <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179811\">subventionn\u00e9s<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>aux maisons mobiles et aux <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179990\">maisons \u00e0 bail foncier<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>aux <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/l-habitation-coop-rative-en-ontario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coop\u00e9ratives d&#8217;habitation<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>aux <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179812\">logements offerts en sous-location<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>aux maisons de soins, par exemple les <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179795\">maisons de retraite<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous trouverez le formulaire de bail standard sur le site Web du minist\u00e8re du Logement.
