Si le vendeur ne vous a pas donn\u00e9 toute l’information requise ou la possibilit\u00e9 de corriger une erreur ou de changer d’id\u00e9e avant que vous ne passiez votre commande, vous pouvez annuler l’entente jusqu’\u00e0 sept jours<\/strong> apr\u00e8s en avoir obtenu une copie.<\/p>\n

Si vous n’avez pas re\u00e7u de copie de l’entente dans le d\u00e9lai prescrit, ou si l’entente ne contient pas toute l’information requise, vous pouvez l’annuler en tout temps jusqu’\u00e0 un an<\/strong> apr\u00e8s sa conclusion.<\/p>\n

Si le vendeur aurait d\u00fb vous livrer la marchandise ou commencer la prestation des services il y a plus de 30 jours, vous pouvez annuler l’entente en tout temps.<\/strong> Toutefois, ce droit d’annulation prend fin si le vendeur essaie de livrer la marchandise ou de commencer la prestation des services, ou si vous convenez d’une nouvelle date de livraison ou de prestation.<\/p>\n
