Vous devez conserver une copie de l’avis. Notez la date \u00e0 laquelle vous l’avez envoy\u00e9 par la poste ou par courriel ou remis en main propre au vendeur.<\/p>\n
Si vous annulez l’entente par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou en personne, notez la date et le nom de la personne \u00e0 qui vous avez parl\u00e9, et demandez un num\u00e9ro de confirmation.<\/p>\n
Une fois que vous avez envoy\u00e9 l’avis d’annulation, le vendeur a 15\u00a0jours pour vous rembourser toutes les sommes pay\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u un article, vous devez le retourner au vendeur dans les 15\u00a0jours suivant l’annulation de l’entente, ou dans les 15\u00a0jours apr\u00e8s l’avoir re\u00e7u, selon le dernier de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements.
