Le personnel du tribunal d\u00e9livrera le bref et vous rendra l&#8217;original. Notez que vous aurez des frais \u00e0 payer.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9posez le bref au bureau de l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution<\/h3>\n<p>Une fois le bref d\u00e9livr\u00e9, vous devrez le d\u00e9poser au bureau de l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution. Ce bureau, aussi appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0bureau du sh\u00e9rif\u00a0\u00bb, peut vous aider \u00e0 faire ex\u00e9cuter le jugement de la Cour des petites cr\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez le bref au bureau de l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution du comt\u00e9 ou du district o\u00f9 se trouve le terrain du d\u00e9biteur \u00e0 saisir.
