Vous ne pouvez pas seulement prendre en compte la valeur totale de la rente; vous devez compter la valeur de la rente dans les BFN de chacun des conjoints.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez calculer les BFN de chacun de vous deux pour savoir ce que la loi exige en ce qui concerne le <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/family-law\/nous-sommes-maries-comment-partagerons-nous-nos-biens-et-nos-dettes\/\">partage de vos biens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous participez \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime de retraite, vous pouvez aussi indiquer vos imp\u00f4ts \u00e0 venir dans votre \u00e9tat financier au moment de calculer vos BFN. Vous devrez peut-\u00eatre pour cela faire <span class=\"ylr-glossary-term\">appel<\/span> \u00e0 un comptable qui calculera votre taux d&#8217;imposition \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la loi, les couples mari\u00e9s ont droit \u00e0 un paiement d&#8217;\u00e9galisation, sauf s&#8217;ils s&#8217;entendent autrement.
