Votre expos\u00e9 devrait se fonder sur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ce qu&#8217;ont dit les t\u00e9moins;<\/li>\n<li>les documents qui ont servi de <span class=\"glossary\">preuves<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>les r\u00e8gles et les lois applicables dans votre affaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous parlerez en premier, puis ce sera le tour de votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span>.
