Arriver t\u00f4t \u00e0 l&#8217;audience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il est important d&#8217;arriver t\u00f4t \u00e0 l&#8217;audience et d&#8217;avoir en votre possession tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour pr\u00e9senter votre cas. Vous devez aussi pouvoir rester toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box\">\n<p>La Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI) peut vous aider si vous avez des probl\u00e8mes avec Zoom le jour de votre audience. Composez le <strong>866\u00a0769-7865<\/strong> ou \u00e9crivez \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:LTBHearingSupport@ontario.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LTBHearingSupport@ontario.ca<\/a>. Si vous appelez, laissez un message pour expliquer votre probl\u00e8me en indiquant votre num\u00e9ro de dossier de la CLI et votre num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour que quelqu&#8217;un vous rappelle.<\/p>\n<p>Le soutien t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et en ligne est disponible du lundi au jeudi, de 8\u00a0h\u00a030 \u00e0 16\u00a0h\u00a030, et le vendredi, de 8\u00a0h\u00a030 \u00e0 14\u00a0h.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel de soutien ne fournit pas d&#8217;assistance juridique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 d&#8217;arriver dans la salle virtuelle au moins 20\u00a0minutes avant votre audience. Vous pourrez ainsi discuter avec l&#8217;avocat de service pour les locataires si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par un avocat ou un auxiliaire juridique, et demander la m\u00e9diation si vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9diateur est un employ\u00e9 de la CLI qui peut vous aider, vous et votre propri\u00e9taire, \u00e0 discuter du probl\u00e8me et vous sugg\u00e9rer des solutions acceptables pour vous deux. Il ne donne <strong>pas <\/strong>de conseils juridiques et <strong>ce n&#8217;est pas lui<\/strong> qui prend les d\u00e9cisions. Le m\u00e9diateur est aussi appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0agent de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends\u00a0\u00bb (ARD).<\/p>\n<p>Les avocats de service en droit du logement (ASDL) sont des avocats et des auxiliaires juridiques communautaires <strong>donnant<\/strong> des conseils juridiques et pouvant vous conseiller bri\u00e8vement si vous n&#8217;avez pas d&#8217;avocat ni d&#8217;auxiliaire juridique pour vous repr\u00e9senter.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre audience est en personne, pr\u00e9voyez suffisamment de temps pour vous rendre au bureau de la CLI, qui n&#8217;accepte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas les embouteillages et les retards de transport en commun comme excuse de retard.<\/p>\n<p>Essayez de vous lib\u00e9rer toute la journ\u00e9e; m\u00eame si votre audience doit avoir lieu le matin, vous pourriez devoir \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent en apr\u00e8s-midi. Vous devrez peut-\u00eatre\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>trouver quelqu&#8217;un pour s&#8217;occuper de vos enfants;<\/li>\n<li>vous absenter du travail ou laisser tomber d&#8217;autres obligations;<\/li>\n<li>avoir assez de minutes d&#8217;appel et une pile de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone suffisamment charg\u00e9e pour 8 heures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important d&#8217;arriver \u00e0 l&#8217;heure \u00e0 votre audience. Si vous ne vous pr\u00e9sentez pas, la CLI d\u00e9cidera probablement de rejeter votre requ\u00eate, ce qui signifie qu&#8217;elle sera annul\u00e9e.
