Attendez la d\u00e9cision\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Commission de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 professionnelle et de l\u2019assurance contre les accidents du travail (WSIB) peut prendre <strong>12\u00a0semaines ou plus<\/strong> pour se prononcer sur une demande. Elle doit vous envoyer sa d\u00e9cision par \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas d\u2019accord avec la d\u00e9cision, <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/questions\/employment-and-work\/que-puis-je-faire-si-je-ne-suis-pas-daccord-avec-la-decision-de-la\/\">vous pouvez la porter en appel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour lancer le processus d\u2019appel, vous devez remplir le formulaire <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/resource\/intention-de-contester\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intention de contester<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La lettre de d\u00e9cision de la WSIB devrait vous indiquer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>comment obtenir le formulaire Intention de contester, et<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9lai dont dispose la WSIB pour <strong>recevoir le formulaire<\/strong>, qui est habituellement de <strong>6 mois<\/strong> \u00e0 compter de la date de la d\u00e9cision. Toutefois, il arrive qu\u2019il ne soit que de <strong>30\u00a0jours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La WSIB prend ces d\u00e9lais tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n<p>Si la lettre de d\u00e9cision de la WSIB n\u2019indique pas de d\u00e9lai, envoyez le formulaire <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/resource\/intention-de-contester\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intention de contester<\/a> sans tarder.
