Toutefois, s&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de convention \u00e9crite, discutez avec votre propri\u00e9taire\u00a0afin que vous soyez tous les deux d&#8217;accord sur l&#8217;entente et sur tout ce qui est compris dans le loyer.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous louez un logement dans une maison de soins, par exemple une maison de retraite, il est obligatoire que la convention de location indique par \u00e9crit le co\u00fbt de tous les services qui ne sont pas compris dans votre loyer.
