{"id":1177175,"date":"2017-12-07T14:04:31","date_gmt":"2017-12-07T19:04:31","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-11-27T13:00:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T18:00:10","slug":"verifiez-la-convention-de-location-0","status":"publish","type":"steps","link":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/steps\/housing-law\/verifiez-la-convention-de-location-0\/","title":{"rendered":"V\u00e9rifiez la convention de location"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Si vous louez un nouveau logement, assurez-vous que tout ce qu&#8217;inclut votre loyer est indiqu\u00e9 en toutes lettres dans votre convention de location, notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, comme l&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou le carburant;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le c\u00e2ble;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le stationnement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les espaces d&#8217;entreposage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la buanderie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le gymnase;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les services de nettoyage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de signer, v\u00e9rifiez attentivement si votre entente \u00e9crite indique exactement tout ce sur quoi vous vous \u00eates entendu avec votre propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, mieux vaut une entente \u00e9crite. Toutefois, s&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de convention \u00e9crite, discutez avec votre propri\u00e9taire afin que vous soyez tous les deux d&#8217;accord sur l&#8217;entente et sur tout ce qui est compris dans le loyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous louez un logement dans une maison de soins, par exemple une maison de retraite, il est obligatoire que la convention de location indique par \u00e9crit le co\u00fbt de tous les services qui ne sont pas compris dans votre loyer. Le propri\u00e9taire doit d&#8217;ailleurs vous remettre une trousse de renseignements avant que vous signiez la convention de location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bail-standard\">Bail standard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le 30 avril 2018, les propri\u00e9taires de presque tout type de logement utilisent une <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/convention-de-location-a-usage-dhabitation-bail-standard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">convention de location standard<\/a> du gouvernement.
