Payez vos loyers en retard et les frais judiciaires du propri\u00e9taire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous recevez <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/cli-formulaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un avis d&#8217;audience et un formulaire\u00a0L1<\/a>, cela signifie que votre propri\u00e9taire a demand\u00e9 votre expulsion \u00e0 la CLI pour non-paiement du loyer.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez essayer d&#8217;annuler l&#8217;audience en payant la somme due avant la date d&#8217;audience.<\/p>\n<p>Votre propri\u00e9taire doit pr\u00e9ciser dans le formulaire L1 la somme que vous lui devez. Cette somme comprendra tous les paiements de loyer en retard depuis la r\u00e9ception du premier avis ainsi que les frais de demande que le propri\u00e9taire a d\u00fb payer \u00e0 la CLI. Vous devez aussi payer tous les loyers exigibles depuis que votre propri\u00e9taire a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ce formulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez payer la somme due directement \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire ou la verser dans un compte en fiducie de la CLI.
