Vous pouvez en savoir plus sur le taux l\u00e9gal en lisant la question <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/quelle-est-laugmentation-de-loyer-maximale\/\">Quelle est l&#8217;augmentation de loyer maximale?<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n&#8217;avez pas \u00e0 payer l&#8217;augmentation de loyer si le propri\u00e9taire&nbsp;ne vous a pas envoy\u00e9 d&#8217;avis \u00e9crit en bonne et due forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous recevez un avis \u00e9crit dans l&#8217;une des formules de la CLI (N1 ou N2), v\u00e9rifiez si tous les renseignements exig\u00e9s s&#8217;y trouvent. S&#8217;il ne s&#8217;agit pas d&#8217;une formule de la CLI, assurez-vous que l&#8217;avis contient toute l&#8217;information suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La date de l&#8217;avis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La date \u00e0 partir de laquelle l&#8217;augmentation entrera en vigueur;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le montant du nouveau loyer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Votre adresse, y compris le num\u00e9ro du logement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le nom, le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et la signature de l&#8217;auteur de l&#8217;avis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le taux l\u00e9gal d&#8217;augmentation des loyers provincial s&#8217;applique \u00e0 votre logement, l&#8217;avis doit \u00eatre \u00e9crit dans une <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/form-n1-notice-of-rent-increase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formule&nbsp;N1<\/a>.
