Certains propri\u00e9taires ne savent pas que les locataires ont droit \u00e0 leur vie priv\u00e9e; ils pensent peut-\u00eatre pouvoir aller et venir dans les logements comme bon leur semble parce que l’immeuble leur appartient, ou encore parce qu’ils travaillent pour le propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n

Vous pouvez dire \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire que vous vous attendez \u00e0 ce qu’il vous donne un avis en bonne et due forme et respecte les r\u00e8gles concernant les circonstances dans lesquelles il peut entrer dans votre logement. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement lui montrer ce que dit la loi pour le convaincre de respecter votre droit \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Si un employ\u00e9 ou un entrepreneur entre chez vous, vous pouvez demander \u00e0 l’entreprise dont il rel\u00e8ve ou \u00e0 le propri\u00e9taire de s’assurer que tous les employ\u00e9s respectent votre droit \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Si jamais le probl\u00e8me persiste, vous pouvez remettre une lettre de plainte \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire. Expliquez-y ce qui est arriv\u00e9 et pourquoi vous pensez qu’il n’a pas suivi les r\u00e8gles.
