Vous devez donc savoir exactement quelle personne ou quelle entreprise vous poursuivez.<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous d&#8217;indiquer correctement le nom, l&#8217;adresse et les autres coordonn\u00e9es de votre propri\u00e9taire. Vous devez identifier votre propri\u00e9taire\u00a0correctement. Si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas certain de son identit\u00e9, vous pouvez inscrire le nom de la personne \u00e0 l&#8217;ordre de qui vous faites les ch\u00e8ques du loyer. Vous pouvez aussi consulter votre <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/quest-ce-que-ma-convention-de-location-devrait-couvrir\/\">convention de location<\/a> ou n&#8217;importe quels avis ou lettres du propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi vous adresser \u00e0 votre h\u00f4tel de ville ou aux bureaux du gouvernement pr\u00e8s de chez vous, afin de consulter le r\u00f4le d&#8217;\u00e9valuation fonci\u00e8re pour conna\u00eetre le nom l\u00e9gal et l&#8217;adresse de votre propri\u00e9taire. Le bureau du conseiller de votre quartier devrait pouvoir vous aider.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous devez indiquer les noms de plusieurs propri\u00e9taires dans votre requ\u00eate, il vous faudra remplir le formulaire intitul\u00e9 <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/liste-des-parties\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liste des parties<\/a> de la CLI.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, vous ne pouvez pas vous adresser \u00e0 la CLI pour intenter une poursuite directe contre un concierge.
