Choisir le bon formulaire de requ\u00eate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> a r\u00e9duit ou coup\u00e9 les services essentiels, les services en mati\u00e8re de soins ou de nourriture, vous pouvez vous adresser \u00e0 la <span class=\"no-glossary\">CLI. Pour pr\u00e9senter une requ\u00eate, vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger et imprimer le<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/formulaire-t2-requ-te-concernant-les-droits-du-locataire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formulaire T2 \u2013 Requ\u00eate concernant les droits du locataire<\/a>. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/e-document-de-la-cli-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">remplir et d\u00e9poser ce formulaire en ligne<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser le formulaire T2 si votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> a r\u00e9duit ou coup\u00e9 d&#8217;autres services, comme la blanchisserie, la climatisation ou l&#8217;Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la partie\u00a01 du formulaire, il vous est demand\u00e9 d&#8217;inscrire des renseignements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux sur vous et votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span>, l&#8217;adresse de votre logement et les noms de toute autre personne concern\u00e9e par votre requ\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous ne pouvez pas prendre votre courrier ni recevoir d&#8217;appels \u00e0 votre logement, n&#8217;oubliez pas d&#8217;indiquer une adresse postale et un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone auxquels on pourra vous joindre.<\/p>\n<p>Votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span>\u00a0peut \u00eatre une personne ou une entreprise. Vous devez identifier votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> correctement. Si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas certain de son identit\u00e9, vous pouvez aussi consulter votre convention de <span class=\"no-glossary\">location<\/span> ou n&#8217;importe quels <span class=\"no-glossary\">avis<\/span> ou lettres du <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Si la <span class=\"no-glossary\">CLI<\/span> rend une ordonnance contre votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> et que le nom qui y figure n&#8217;est pas exactement le sien, vous risquez d&#8217;avoir du mal \u00e0 la faire respecter.<\/p>\n<h4>Formulaire T3<\/h4>\n<p>Parfois, il peut \u00eatre impossible ou tr\u00e8s difficile pour votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> de vous r\u00e9tablir le service. Par exemple, la compagnie de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pourrait ne plus offrir de service fixe. Si cela se produit ou si vous ne voulez pas que le service vous soit r\u00e9tabli, vous pouvez d\u00e9poser un <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/formulaire-t3-requete-presentee-par-le-locataire-en-vue-dobtenir-une-reduction-de-loyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formulaire T3-Requ\u00eate pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le locataire en vue d\u2019obtenir une r\u00e9duction de loyer<\/a> au lieu d&#8217;un Formulaire T2. Si la CLI approuve votre requete, elle ordonnera \u00e0 votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> de r\u00e9duire votre loyer.<\/p>\n<h4>Formulaire T6<\/h4>\n<p>Parfois, un service est coup\u00e9 ou r\u00e9duit en raison de <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/qui-doit-soccuper-des-reparations-et-de-lentretien\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;entretien<\/a>. Par exemple, une fournaise qui a besoin de r\u00e9paration pourrait ne pas chauffer correctement votre maison.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous pensez que vous n&#8217;obtenez pas le service en raison de probl\u00e8mes de r\u00e9paration, vous devriez d\u00e9poser un <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/formulaire-t6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formulaire T6 &#8211; Requ\u00eate pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le locataire concernant l&#8217;entretien<\/a>, au lieu d&#8217;un formulaire T2.<\/p>\n<h4>Obtenir de l&#8217;assistance juridique<\/h4>\n<p>C&#8217;est une bonne id\u00e9e d&#8217;<a href=\"\/fr\/legal-topic\/housing-law\/repairs-maintenance\/services\/\">obtenir de l&#8217;aide juridique<\/a> avant de d\u00e9poser une requ\u00eate.
