D\u00e9cidez si vous restez ou si vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l&#8217;augmentation doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e par la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI), vous pouvez la contester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si elle est l\u00e9gale et n&#8217;a pas \u00e0 \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e, vous devrez sans doute payer le nouveau loyer demand\u00e9, sauf si vous r\u00e9ussissez \u00e0 en faire baisser le montant en discutant avec votre propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez d\u00e9m\u00e9nager plut\u00f4t que de payer l&#8217;augmentation, vous devrez <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/jai-un-contrat-de-location-mensuelle-comment-dois-je-remettre-mon\/\">remettre un avis en<\/a> bonne et due forme \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire ou <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/comment-dois-je-remettre-mon-avis-de-demenagement-dune-maison-de-retraite-ou\/\">prendre d&#8217;autres mesures<\/a> pour vous assurer de ne pas devoir payer le loyer apr\u00e8s votre d\u00e9part. La plupart des locataires doivent remettre \u00e0 leur propri\u00e9taire un avis de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement 60&nbsp;jours \u00e0 l&#8217;avance. C&#8217;est pourquoi les propri\u00e9taires doivent remettre l&#8217;avis d&#8217;augmentation de loyer aux locataires au moins 90&nbsp;jours avant l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l&#8217;augmentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous d\u00e9cidez de rester, vous n&#8217;aurez aucun document \u00e0 signer ni aucune autre formalit\u00e9 \u00e0 accomplir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-si-vous-decidez-de-rester-vous-n-avez-rien-a-signer\">Si vous d\u00e9cidez de rester, vous n&#8217;avez rien \u00e0 signer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre bail arrive \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance, votre propri\u00e9taire pourrait vous demander d\u2019en signer un nouveau pour une certaine dur\u00e9e ou un terme fixe, par exemple un an. Mais vous n\u2019y \u00eates pas tenu. Certains propri\u00e9taires pourraient vous dire que vous devrez choisir de signer le nouveau bail, ou de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager. \u00c7a n\u2019est pas vrai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous ne signez pas de nouveau bail et n\u2019\u00e9mettez pas un avis indiquant que vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez, votre <span class=\"ylr-glossary-term\">location<\/span> est automatiquement renouvel\u00e9e et convertie en une location au mois ou <span class=\"glossary\">\u00e0 la semaine<\/span>.
