Vous pourriez vouloir informer votre propri\u00e9taire si vous savez que vous ne pourrez pas payer votre loyer \u00e0 temps. Certains propri\u00e9taires peuvent accepter d\u2019attendre ou de conclure une entente de paiement avec vous. Pour \u00e9tablir une entente de paiement, vous devez utiliser le formulaire Entente de paiement<\/a> de la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI).<\/p>\n

Avant de signer une entente \u00e9crite, essayez d\u2019obtenir des conseils juridiques. Si vous signez une entente et que vous ne la respectez pas par la suite, votre propri\u00e9taire pourrait \u00eatre en mesure de demander une ordonnance d\u2019expulsion sans vous donner d\u2019avis suppl\u00e9mentaire et sans qu\u2019une audience ait lieu.<\/div>\n

Il est \u00e9galement possible que vous ne deviez pas r\u00e9ellement de loyer. Vous pourriez convaincre votre propri\u00e9taire qu\u2019une erreur a \u00e9t\u00e9 commise. Les re\u00e7us ou d’autres preuves de paiement peuvent vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer que vous avez pay\u00e9 votre loyer.<\/p>\n
