Renseignez-vous sur le cong\u00e9 en cas de maladie grave"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <span><a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/cong-en-cas-de-maladie-grave-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">cong\u00e9 en cas de maladie grave<\/a><\/span> permet de s&#8217;occuper d&#8217;un membre de la famille gravement malade.<\/p>\n<p>Une personne est gravement malade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>si son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 a subi un changement majeur, et<\/li>\n<li>si elle risque de mourir en raison de sa maladie ou de sa blessure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour avoir droit \u00e0 ce cong\u00e9, vous devez avoir travaill\u00e9 pour votre employeur pendant <strong>au moins 6\u00a0mois<\/strong> d&#8217;affil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le cong\u00e9 en cas de maladie grave s&#8217;applique \u00e0 \u00a0<span><a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/cong-en-cas-de-maladie-grave-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">certains membres de la famille<\/a><\/span>, y compris un ami proche qui vous consid\u00e8re comme un membre de sa famille.<\/p>\n<p>Votre employeur n&#8217;est pas oblig\u00e9 de vous payer pendant ce cong\u00e9, sauf si votre contrat ou la politique interne de votre lieu de travail le pr\u00e9voit. Pour en savoir plus, consultez la r\u00e9ponse sous la rubrique <strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Sur une p\u00e9riode de <strong>52\u00a0semaines<\/strong>, vous pourriez prendre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 37\u00a0semaines<\/strong> pour vous occuper d&#8217;un enfant de 17\u00a0ans ou moins;<\/li>\n<li><strong>jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 17\u00a0semaines<\/strong> pour vous occuper d&#8217;un proche adulte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous devez partager ces semaines avec quiconque a besoin du cong\u00e9 pour prendre soin de la m\u00eame personne.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, si vous prenez 20\u00a0semaines de cong\u00e9 pour prendre soin de votre enfant, votre conjoint ne pourra prendre que 17\u00a0semaines, m\u00eame s&#8217;il travaille ailleurs.<\/p>\n<h3>Avisez votre employeur<\/h3>\n<p>Avisez votre employeur d\u00e8s que vous savez que vous avez besoin d&#8217;un cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous devez partir en cong\u00e9 avant d&#8217;avoir pu le faire, communiquez avec lui d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n<p>Vous <strong>devez<\/strong> le faire par \u00e9crit.
