Votre employeur doit recevoir la lettre au moins <strong>deux semaines<\/strong> avant votre d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous prenez \u00e0 la fois un <strong>cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9<\/strong> et un <strong><a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/employment-and-work\/je-mappr\u00eate-\u00e0-devenir-parent-quels-sont-mes-droits-en-tant-que\/\">cong\u00e9 parental<\/a>,<\/strong> indiquez dans la lettre la date de d\u00e9but de chaque cong\u00e9, ou encore donnez deux lettres \u00e0 votre employeur, soit une pour chaque cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il vous le demande, vous devez aussi donner \u00e0 votre employeur un billet du m\u00e9decin contenant votre date d\u2019accouchement pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n<h3>Changer votre date de d\u00e9part<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous changez d\u2019avis \u00e0 propos de la date de <strong>d\u00e9but<\/strong> de votre cong\u00e9, vous devez le dire \u00e0 votre employeur dans une nouvelle lettre.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous voulez que le cong\u00e9 commence <strong>plus t\u00f4t<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> vous devez \u00e9crire \u00e0 votre employeur au moins deux semaines avant la nouvelle date de d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous voulez que le cong\u00e9 commence <strong>plus tard, <\/strong>vous devez lui \u00e9crire au moins deux semaines avant la date de d\u00e9but originale.<\/p>\n<h3>Arr\u00eater de travailler plus t\u00f4t que pr\u00e9vu<\/h3>\n<p>Parfois, une personne enceinte doit arr\u00eater de travailler plus t\u00f4t que pr\u00e9vu parce qu\u2019elle :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ne peut plus continuer pour des raisons m\u00e9dicales li\u00e9es \u00e0 sa grossesse;<\/li>\n<li>accouche avant la date pr\u00e9vue;<\/li>\n<li>fait une fausse-couche ou accouche d\u2019un mort-n\u00e9 avant la date d\u2019accouchement pr\u00e9vue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si c\u2019est votre cas, vous avez le droit de commencer votre cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t. Dans les deux semaines suivant votre arr\u00eat de travail, vous devez donner \u00e0 votre employeur\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une lettre indiquant la date de votre arr\u00eat de travail;<\/li>\n<li>un billet du m\u00e9decin, s\u2019il le demande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le billet du m\u00e9decin doit indiquer la date pr\u00e9vue de votre accouchement et l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019avis du professionnel de la sant\u00e9 selon lequel vous ne pouvez pas travailler pour des raisons m\u00e9dicales li\u00e9es \u00e0 votre grossesse;<\/li>\n<li>la date de la naissance, de la fausse-couche ou de l\u2019accouchement d\u2019un mort-n\u00e9, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tenir un dossier<\/h3>\n<p>Gardez une photocopie de toutes les lettres et de tous les billets que vous donnez \u00e0 votre employeur et notez la date \u00e0 laquelle vous les avez donn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-1177364","steps","type-steps","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.9 (Yoast SEO v23.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>2.
