Avant de lui parler, vous feriez bien de <a href=\"\/fr\/steps\/employment-and-work\/demandez-de-laide-juridique\/\">demander des conseils juridiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous lui parlerez, vous d\u00e9couvrirez peut-\u00eatre que votre employeur avait une autre raison de changer vos conditions de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi obtenir des renseignements qui vous serviront si vous <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/employment-and-work\/mon-employeur-m\u2019-puni-parce-que-je-me-suis-plaint-d\u2019un\/\" rel=\"noopener\">faites une requ\u00eate \u00e0 la Commission des relations de travail de l\u2019Ontario (CRTO)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Regroupez les documents en votre possession qui pourraient vous aider \u00e0 prouver que vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 p\u00e9nalis\u00e9 par votre employeur. Gardez-les dans un lieu s\u00fbr; vous pourriez en avoir besoin si vous faites une requ\u00eate \u00e0 la CRTO.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques-uns des documents qui pourraient vous \u00eatre utiles\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bulletins de paie;<\/li>\n<li>lettres de votre employeur;<\/li>\n<li>contrat de travail ou lettre d&#8217;offre d&#8217;emploi;<\/li>\n<li>notes de r\u00e9unions et de discussions avec d&#8217;autres travailleurs;<\/li>\n<li>directives \u00e9crites de votre employeur ou documents sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui vous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9s en lien avec votre probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prenez en note vos discussions, et \u00e9crivez la date de chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi demander des renseignements sur votre probl\u00e8me \u00e0 votre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 votre comit\u00e9 mixte sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. Ils sont responsables de tenir des <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179624\">dossiers<\/span> sur les essais de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les accidents et les ordres du minist\u00e8re du Travail qui touchent votre lieu de travail. Ils doivent aussi noter les points abord\u00e9s lors des rencontres.
