Communiquez avec le minist\u00e8re du Travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous et votre employeur n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 vous entendre sur une solution, vous pouvez appeler <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/depot-dune-plainte-en-matiere-de-sante-et-securite-au-travail-generalites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019InfoCentre de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail du minist\u00e8re du Travail<\/a> au 1\u00a0877\u00a0202\u20110008.<\/p>\n<p>Le Minist\u00e8re envoie alors un inspecteur \u00e0 votre lieu de travail pour \u00e9valuer la situation et v\u00e9rifier si les r\u00e8gles sont respect\u00e9es. Vous avez le droit d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent durant l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inspecteur m\u00e8ne une enqu\u00eate pendant laquelle il amasse de l\u2019information et arrive \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard de la situation. Il consigne ses conclusions dans un rapport, puis en donne une copie \u00e0 votre repr\u00e9sentant et \u00e0 celui de votre employeur.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi vous faire accompagner de votre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou d\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant du comit\u00e9 mixte sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail lors de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inspecteur d\u00e9termine si le travail est s\u00e9curitaire. Il peut aussi ordonner \u00e0 votre employeur d\u2019apporter des changements pour le rendre s\u00e9curitaire. Il peut\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ordonner \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de r\u00e9parer une structure, de l\u2019\u00e9quipement ou un objet;<\/li>\n<li>ordonner qu\u2019un appareil ne soit pas utilis\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit r\u00e9par\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>interrompre les activit\u00e9s dans votre lieu de travail jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le probl\u00e8me soit r\u00e9gl\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>ordonner \u00e0 tous de quitter un endroit dangereux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le probl\u00e8me soit r\u00e9gl\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il vous donnera une copie \u00e9crite de sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019inspecteur juge que le travail est s\u00e9curitaire, vous devez retourner travailler.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant l\u2019enqu\u00eate, votre employeur peut vous donner d\u2019autres t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir. Si vous \u00eates membre d\u2019un syndicat, ce doit \u00eatre un travail que vous \u00eates autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 faire par votre convention collective.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas d\u2019accord avec la d\u00e9cision de l\u2019inspecteur, vous pouvez demander \u00e0 la Commission des relations de travail de l\u2019Ontario (CRTO) de la changer.
