La plupart du temps, vous aurez besoin pour cela d\u2019une lettre d\u2019un m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\n<h3>Obtenir une note m\u00e9dicale<\/h3>\n<p>Vous n\u2019\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de dire \u00e0 votre employeur quel est votre handicap ni quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le diagnostic, mais il doit savoir\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>que vous avez un handicap ;<\/li>\n<li>quelles en sont les cons\u00e9quences sur votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 remplir vos t\u00e2ches importantes ;<\/li>\n<li>ce que vous avez besoin qu\u2019il fasse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si votre employeur exige que vous obteniez des renseignements compl\u00e9mentaires de votre m\u00e9decin, demandez-lui d\u2019\u00e9crire sa demande sous la forme d\u2019une question.<\/p>\n<p>Votre employeur ne peut pas demander plus d\u2019informations que n\u00e9cessaire. Par exemple, il ne peut pas demander votre diagnostic ou les m\u00e9dicaments que vous prenez.<\/p>\n<p>Il peut par contre demander s&#8217;il y a des mesures d\u2019adaptation dont vous auriez besoin en raison des effets secondaires de vos m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre employeur demande une lettre du m\u00e9decin, il devrait payer les frais factur\u00e9s par le m\u00e9decin pour cette lettre.<\/p>\n<h3>Rapport d\u2019un autre m\u00e9decin<\/h3>\n<p>Certains employeurs exigent un rapport d\u2019un autre m\u00e9decin que le v\u00f4tre.
