De plus, pas besoin de parler d\u2019abord du probl\u00e8me \u00e0 votre superviseur.<\/p>\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re du Travail enverra un <strong>inspecteur<\/strong> \u00e0 votre lieu de travail. Celui-ci pourrait communiquer avec vous, d\u2019autres travailleurs ou votre employeur pour savoir ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;inspecteur ne prendra pas de d\u00e9cision sur votre situation. Et il ne peut pas ordonner \u00e0 votre employeur de suivre les politiques ou programmes du minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;inspecteur\u00a0peut seulement v\u00e9rifier si votre employeur a respect\u00e9 la loi. Il d\u00e9termine si la fa\u00e7on dont votre employeur g\u00e8re les plaintes violence au travail est ad\u00e9quate.
