Remettez votre Requ\u00eate \u00e0 votre employeur et au minist\u00e8re du Travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avant de pr\u00e9senter votre requ\u00eate \u00e0 la Commission des relations de travail de l&#8217;Ontario (CRTO), vous devez remettre \u00e0 votre employeur une copie de la <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/formule-a-103-requ-te-de-r-vision-loi-de-2000-sur-les-normes-d-emploi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Requ\u00eate en r\u00e9vision (formule\u00a0A-103)<\/a> d\u00fbment remplie.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez remettre le formulaire en mains propres, ou l&#8217;envoyer par service de messagerie, par t\u00e9l\u00e9copieur ou par la poste. Vous pouvez envoyer votre demande \u00e0 votre employeur par courriel mais seulement si votre employeur est d&#8217;accord.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez \u00e9galement remettre une copie de votre requ\u00eate d\u00fbment remplie au directeur des normes d\u2019emploi du minist\u00e8re du Travail. Les coordonn\u00e9es sont indiqu\u00e9es dans le formulaire de requ\u00eate en r\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n<p>Pour prouver que vous avez remis tous ces documents, vous devez remplir le <strong>certificat de remise<\/strong> qui figure dans le formulaire initiale de requ\u00eate en r\u00e9vision que vous avez remplie.
