Et parmi ceux qui le sont, certains ne le sont qu\u2019en partie.<\/p>\n<p>Lisez\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/resource\/secteurs-et-emplois-qui-ont-des-exemptions-ou-des-r-gles-sp-ciales-1\/\">Secteurs et emplois qui ont des exemptions ou des r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9ciales<\/a>\u00a0du minist\u00e8re du Travail, pour savoir si votre emploi est vis\u00e9 par la Loi et quels articles s&#8217;appliquent, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement communiquer avec le Centre d\u2019information sur les normes d\u2019emploi du minist\u00e8re du Travail, au 1\u00a0800\u00a0531\u20115551, au 416\u00a0326\u20117160 ou au 1\u00a0866\u00a0567\u20118893 (ATS).<\/p>\n<h3>Employ\u00e9s syndiqu\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Discutez avec votre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 syndical ou repr\u00e9sentant syndical des mesures \u00e0 prendre. Vous ne pouvez pas d\u00e9poser une plainte aux termes de la <em>Loi sur les normes d\u2019emploi,<\/em> mais d\u2019autres options s\u2019offrent \u00e0 vous. Votre convention collective \u00e9nonce vos droits.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Code des droits de la personne<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>La plupart des employeurs de l\u2019Ontario doivent respecter le <em>Code des droits de la personne.<\/em> Le <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/procedure-de-requete-et-daudience-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tribunal des droits de la personne de l\u2019Ontario<\/a> s\u2019occupe des plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es contre les employeurs r\u00e9gis par cette loi.<\/p>\n<p>Certains secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 sont toutefois encadr\u00e9s par la l\u00e9gislation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les lois adopt\u00e9es par le gouvernement du Canada qui s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du pays. Il s\u2019agit notamment des banques, des transporteurs a\u00e9riens, de certaines soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de camionnage\u00a0et des radiodiffuseurs.
