Cette proc\u00e9dure s\u2019appelle le \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que votre employeur re\u00e7oit votre demande, il dispose de <strong>10 jours<\/strong> <strong>ouvrables<\/strong> pour donner sa r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la CRTO et \u00e0 vous. Il peut \u00e9galement inclure d&#8217;autres documents.<\/p>\n<p>Lisez la r\u00e9ponse de votre employeur. Sa version des faits pourrait diff\u00e9rer de la v\u00f4tre. Il pourrait aussi faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la loi et expliquer comment elle s\u2019applique \u00e0 la situation.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez \u00e0 ce que vous voulez dire lors de la s\u00e9ance de consultation ou de l\u2019audience et aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve dont vous aurez besoin pour confirmer vos dires.<\/p>\n<h3>Obtenez des conseils juridiques<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous avez besoin d\u2019aide ou si votre employeur fait beaucoup r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la loi dans sa r\u00e9ponse, vous devriez demander des conseils juridiques.<\/p>\n<p>Un avocat ou un parajuriste peut vous conseiller relativement \u00e0 la loi.
