Vous pouvez refuser cette proposition.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourriez ne pas vouloir accepter un montant moins \u00e9lev\u00e9, ou demander du temps pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la proposition. Vous pouvez accepter un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quel\u00a0moment, donc en cas de doute sur la d\u00e9cision \u00e0 prendre, <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/employment-and-work\/o\u00f9-puis-je-obtenir-de-laide-et-des-conseils-relativement-\u00e0-mes-droits\/\">demandez des conseils juridiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous acceptez le r\u00e8glement, vous et votre employeur devez informer le minist\u00e8re du Travail de l\u2019entente conclue.
