Remettez des copies des autres documents au Minist\u00e8re, et conservez les originaux. Si vous remplissez le formulaire en ligne, le Minist\u00e8re vous demandera de lui faire parvenir les autres documents lorsqu\u2019il commencera son enqu\u00eate sur votre r\u00e9clamation.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois votre r\u00e9clamation envoy\u00e9e, vous recevrez un num\u00e9ro de r\u00e9clamation du Minist\u00e8re. Utilisez ce num\u00e9ro pour savoir ce qui en est de votre r\u00e9clamation.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous soumettez votre r\u00e9clamation en ligne, vous obtiendrez automatiquement ce num\u00e9ro.
