C&#8217;est une autre fa\u00e7on de dire que la personne avait avec l&#8217;enfant une relation de type parent-enfant. Il peut s&#8217;agir, par exemple, d&#8217;un beau-parent ou du conjoint d&#8217;un parent.<\/p>\n<h3>Relation de type parent-enfant<\/h3>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9terminer si une personne a une relation s&#8217;apparentant \u00e0 celle d&#8217;un parent avec l&#8217;enfant, le tribunal se penche notamment sur les facteurs suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelle opinion l&#8217;enfant a-t-il de sa relation avec la personne?<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;enfant fait-il <span class=\"ylr-glossary-term\">partie<\/span> de sa famille \u00e9largie au m\u00eame titre que tout autre enfant?<\/li>\n<li>La personne fait-elle de son mieux pour subvenir aux besoins de l&#8217;enfant?<\/li>\n<li>La personne \u00e9duque-t-elle l&#8217;enfant?<\/li>\n<li>La personne se pr\u00e9sente-t-elle \u00e0 sa famille et \u00e0 sa communaut\u00e9 comme un parent responsable de l&#8217;enfant?<\/li>\n<li>Quelle est la relation (s&#8217;il en est) de l&#8217;enfant avec le parent qui n&#8217;en a pas les responsabilit\u00e9s d\u00e9cisionnelles?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le fait que les partenaires soient <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179911\">mari\u00e9s<\/span> ou <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179766\">conjoints de fait<\/span> n&#8217;a aucune incidence. Si le tribunal juge qu&#8217;un beau-parent avait une relation de type parent-enfant avec l&#8217;enfant, cette personne pourrait devoir payer des pensions alimentaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Quand un autre parent paie d\u00e9j\u00e0 des pensions alimentaires<\/h3>\n<p>Un beau-parent peut devoir verser des pensions alimentaires m\u00eame si un autre parent en paie d\u00e9j\u00e0. Plus d&#8217;un parent peut \u00eatre l\u00e9galement tenu de payer des pensions alimentaires pour un m\u00eame enfant. Par exemple, un parent biologique et un beau-parent pourraient tous les deux verser des pensions alimentaires pour le m\u00eame enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, le tribunal peut ordonner au beau-parent de <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/family-law\/\u00e0-combien-s\u00e9l\u00e8vent-les-pensions-alimentaires-pour-enfants\/\">payer un montant<\/a> diff\u00e9rent de celui des Lignes directrices sur les pensions alimentaires pour\u00a0enfants et des <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/child-support-table-look-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tables de pensions alimentaires pour enfants<\/a> du gouvernement du Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9tablir le montant que le beau-parent doit payer, certains juges prennent le montant de la table et en d\u00e9duisent les pensions alimentaires vers\u00e9es par le parent biologique.
