Ces volumes sont num\u00e9rot\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on s\u00e9quentielle.<\/p>\n<h3>Couverture<\/h3>\n<p>Le volume des inscriptions a une couverture jaune, qui indique le num\u00e9ro de dossier du tribunal et le nom des parties.<\/p>\n<p>Le volume des documents a une couverture rouge.<\/p>\n<h3>Contenu du dossier continu<\/h3>\n<h4>Table des mati\u00e8res<\/h4>\n<p>Le volume des inscriptions contient une table des mati\u00e8res, dans laquelle votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faites la liste de tous les documents de votre affaire dans l&#8217;ordre de leur d\u00e9p\u00f4t;<\/li>\n<li>indiquez le volume dans lequel se trouve chacun des documents;<\/li>\n<li>indiquez num\u00e9ro d&#8217;onglet de chacun des documents;<\/li>\n<li>indiquez le type de chacun des documents, par exemple, affidavit de signification;<\/li>\n<li>indiquez laquelle des parties a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 chacun des documents \u2013 le requ\u00e9rant ou l&#8217;intim\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>indiquez la date de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de chacun des documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Inscriptions<\/h4>\n<p>La section des inscriptions du volume des inscriptions doit \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e par un onglet ou un s\u00e9parateur. Elle doit contenir au moins trois feuilles vierges sur lesquelles le juge peut \u00e9crire sa d\u00e9cision, ses motifs le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant et la date.<\/p>\n<h4>Ordonnances<\/h4>\n<p>La section des ordonnances du volume des inscriptions doit \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e par un onglet ou un s\u00e9parateur. Elle contient toutes les ordonnances rendues dans votre affaire.<\/p>\n<h4>Documents<\/h4>\n<p>Le volume des documents contient la plupart des documents que votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame d\u00e9posez dans le cadre de votre affaire, notamment les requ\u00eates, les d\u00e9fenses, les r\u00e9ponses, les affidavits de signification, les \u00e9tats financiers, les motions, les affidavits et les m\u00e9moires des conf\u00e9rences de gestion du proc\u00e8s.
