Apprenez comment pr\u00e9parer un dossier continu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le dossier continu comporte habituellement deux <span class=\"ylr-glossary-term\">parties<\/span>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le volume des inscriptions, qui contient toute&nbsp;inscription&nbsp;et ordonnance&nbsp;judiciaire&nbsp;du juge relatives \u00e0 votre affaire. Une inscription est une consigne \u00e9crite d&#8217;un juge qui indique ce que votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame devez faire ou ne pas faire.<\/li>\n<li>Le volume des documents, qui contient la plupart des documents que votre partenaire et vous-m\u00eame avez d\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans le cadre de votre affaire, notamment les requ\u00eates, les d\u00e9fenses, les r\u00e9ponses, les affidavits de signification, les \u00e9tats financiers, les motions, les affidavits et les m\u00e9moires de conf\u00e9rence de gestion du proc\u00e8s.
