Il s&#8217;agit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de l&#8217;avance de loyer, et<\/li>\n<li>du d\u00e9p\u00f4t pour les cl\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous aviez remis une avance au d\u00e9but de votre location, votre propri\u00e9taire ne peut pas s&#8217;en servir pour r\u00e9parer les dommages que vous auriez caus\u00e9s ou pour faire nettoyer le logement.<\/p>\n<h3>Avance de loyer<\/h3>\n<p>Votre propri\u00e9taire ne peut utiliser votre avance de\u00a0loyer que pour couvrir la derni\u00e8re p\u00e9riode du loyer avant votre d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement. C&#8217;est pourquoi les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sont souvent appel\u00e9s avances de loyer du dernier mois (loyer du dernier mois).<\/p>\n<h3>Avance pour les cl\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Votre propri\u00e9taire ne peut utiliser votre avance pour les cl\u00e9s que pour remplacer les cl\u00e9s, les cartes d&#8217;entr\u00e9e ou autres dispositifs pour entrer dans le logement que vous ne remettez pas lorsque vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de votre avance<\/h3>\n<p>La fa\u00e7on la plus facile de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer votre d\u00e9p\u00f4t est de ne pas payer votre derni\u00e8re p\u00e9riode de location avant de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez demander \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire d&#8217;utiliser votre d\u00e9p\u00f4t et les <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/est-ce-que-je-dois-donner-un-acompte-quand-je-loue-un-nouveau-logement\/\" rel=\"noopener\">int\u00e9r\u00eats qu&#8217;il vous doit<\/a>, s&#8217;il vous en doit. Si la somme n&#8217;est pas suffisante, vous n&#8217;avez qu&#8217;\u00e0 payer la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer votre avance pour les cl\u00e9s, demandez-la \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire lorsque vous remettez toutes vos cl\u00e9s et tous vos dispositifs pour entrer dans le logement.<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous d&#8217;obtenir une preuve par \u00e9crit de votre propri\u00e9taire qui confirme que vous avez rendu toutes les cl\u00e9s.
