Si vous le remettez ne serait-ce qu&#8217;une journ\u00e9e en retard, vous pourriez devoir payer un mois de loyer suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez un contrat de location mensuelle, vous devez aviser votre propri\u00e9taire au moins <strong>60&nbsp;jours<\/strong> avant la date de r\u00e9siliation. N.&nbsp;B.&nbsp;: Selon la loi, si vous envoyez votre avis par courrier, vous devez le mettre \u00e0 la poste cinq jours plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Pour compter le nombre de jours correctement, commencez par le <strong>jour suivant<\/strong> celui o\u00f9 vous remettrez l&#8217;avis. Si vous l&#8217;envoyez par la poste, vous devez l&#8217;envoyer le 27&nbsp;juin ou avant.<\/p>\n<p>EXCEPTION POUR LE MOIS DE F\u00c9VRIER&nbsp;: Si la p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9avis tombe en f\u00e9vrier, sachez que vous pouvez remettre votre avis un peu moins de 60&nbsp;jours \u00e0 l&#8217;avance.
