Dites-lui ce qui ne va pas et demandez-lui de corriger la situation. Notez par \u00e9crit le moment o\u00f9 vous lui avez parl\u00e9 et ce que vous vous \u00eates dit.<\/p>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de noter la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de votre logement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments du jour et de la nuit. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de thermom\u00e8tre, il y a peut-\u00eatre un thermostat sur le mur qui indique combien il fait.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre<br \/>\n<span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> ne r\u00e8gle pas le probl\u00e8me rapidement, envoyez-lui un texto, un courriel ou une lettre. Assurez-vous d&#8217;en conserver une copie. S&#8217;il utilise un formulaire sp\u00e9cial pour les demandes de r\u00e9parations, remplissez-le et conservez-en une copie.<\/p>\n<p>Si la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9nergie a coup\u00e9 votre service, communiquez avec elle pour savoir pourquoi. Si c&#8217;est votre<br \/>\n<span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span>\u00a0qui lui a demand\u00e9 de le faire ou s&#8217;il n&#8217;a pas pay\u00e9 une facture, demandez \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de vous donner une lettre qui explique le motif de la coupure.
