Vous avez le droit de le faire, \u00e0 condition que le logement soit vide le dernier jour de votre location, ou dans les 72&nbsp;heures suivant votre expulsion par le sh\u00e9rif.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez certaines choses plus t\u00f4t, assurez-vous que votre propri\u00e9taire&nbsp;sait que vous reviendrez chercher le reste. Il est plus prudent de l&#8217;aviser par \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9m\u00e9nagement plus tard que pr\u00e9vu<\/h3>\n<p>Vous devriez \u00e9galement aviser votre propri\u00e9taire&nbsp;si vous ne pouvez pas r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer toutes vos choses avant la date limite. Il acceptera peut-\u00eatre de vous laisser plus de temps. Si certaines de vos choses ont une grande valeur ou une valeur sentimentale, informez-en aussi votre propri\u00e9taire&nbsp;par \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que vous n&#8217;ayez pas l\u00e9galement droit \u00e0 un d\u00e9lai suppl\u00e9mentaire, certaines d\u00e9cisions du tribunal \u00e9tablissent que votre propri\u00e9taire&nbsp;doit faire preuve de jugement.
