Si possible, exercez-vous avant le jour\u00a0J.<\/p>\n<p>Demandez-vous comment vos documents appuient votre version des faits, et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux questions \u00e0 poser aux t\u00e9moins pour ce faire.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez votre preuve de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>que ce qu&#8217;avance votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">locateur<\/span> n&#8217;est pas cr\u00e9dible<\/li>\n<li>que ce qu&#8217;avance votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">locateur<\/span> ne prouve pas qu&#8217;il a un motif juridique de vous expulser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La plupart des audiences de la CLI sont publiques. Vous pouvez en visionner quelques-unes avant de vous rendre \u00e0 la v\u00f4tre; vous saurez \u00e0 quoi vous attendre et comment pr\u00e9senter votre preuve. Pour demander \u00e0 visionner une audience, \u00e9crire \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:ltb@ontario.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ltb@ontario.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Audience d&#8217;expulsion pour loyers impay\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Si votre audience d&#8217;expulsion d\u00e9coule de loyers impay\u00e9s, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux sommes que vous pourriez verser pour couvrir ce que vous devez. La CLI s&#8217;attendra \u00e0 ce que vous payiez votre <span class=\"glossary\">location au mois<\/span> \u00e0 temps, en plus de l&#8217;impay\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;audience, dites \u00e0 la CLI comment vous entendez payer les sommes dues.
