Le m\u00e9diateur vous aidera, vous et votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span>, \u00e0 trouver un terrain d&#8217;entente. Il peut vous t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner avant l&#8217;audience, ou vous pouvez le consulter le jour de l&#8217;audience. Dans certaines r\u00e9gions de la province, vous ou votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> devez demander \u00e0 la CLI de mettre un m\u00e9diateur \u00e0 votre disposition si vous voulez avoir recours \u00e0 ses services.<\/p>\n<p>Faites attention \u00e0 ce que vous acceptez lors de la m\u00e9diation. Si vous signez une entente\u00a0et que vous y contrevenez par la suite, votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> pourrait \u00eatre en mesure de demander une <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/que-puis-je-faire-si-mon-proprietaire-obtient-une-ordonnance-dexpulsion-contre\/\">ordonnance d&#8217;expulsion sans vous remettre d&#8217;avis<\/a> et sans qu&#8217;il y ait d&#8217;audience.<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous de conserver une copie de l&#8217;entente issue de la m\u00e9diation. Sachez que la CLI ne garde aucune copie.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9diation n&#8217;est pas obligatoire. Vous et votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> pouvez essayer de vous entendre sans l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un m\u00e9diateur.
