En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, cet avis est donn\u00e9 au moyen de la <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/n4-avis-de-r-siliation-de-la-location-pour-non-paiement-du-loyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formule\u00a0N4 \u2013 Avis de r\u00e9siliation de la location pour non-paiement du loyer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avis doit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>indiquer le montant demand\u00e9 par le propri\u00e9taire;<\/li>\n<li>montrer le calcul de ce montant;<\/li>\n<li>indiquer la date \u00e0 laquelle votre propri\u00e9taire veut que vous soyez parti, si vous n&#8217;effectuez pas le paiement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces renseignements doivent figurer sur la premi\u00e8re page de l&#8217;avis.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez annuler l&#8217;avis en payant tous les loyers en retard dans les 14 jours suivant sa r\u00e9ception. Si vous louez \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e ou \u00e0 la semaine, vous devez payer dans les 7 jours.
