Payez au plus tard \u00e0 la date de votre audience d&#8217;expulsion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous n&#8217;annulez pas l&#8217;avis en payant la somme due, votre propri\u00e9taire peut demander \u00e0 la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI) de tenir une audience en vue de votre expulsion. La CLI vous enverra un avis d&#8217;audience et un formulaire L1.<\/p>\n<p>Si cela se produit, vous pouvez quand m\u00eame essayer d&#8217;\u00e9viter l&#8217;expulsion en payant ce que vous devez avant la date d&#8217;audience.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/formulaire-l1-requ-te-en-expulsion-d-un-locataire-pour-non-paiement-du-loyer-et-en-paiement-de-l-arri-r-de-loyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formulaire\u00a0L1<\/a> doit indiquer la somme que vous devez payer pour annuler la requ\u00eate de votre propri\u00e9taire. Cette somme comprendra tous les paiements de loyer en retard depuis la r\u00e9ception du premier avis ainsi que les frais de demande que le propri\u00e9taire a d\u00fb payer \u00e0 la CLI. Vous devez aussi payer tous les loyers exigibles depuis que votre propri\u00e9taire a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ce formulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez payer la somme due directement \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire ou la verser dans un compte en fiducie de la CLI. Vous aurez besoin d&#8217;un bordereau de d\u00e9p\u00f4t ou d&#8217;un num\u00e9ro de compte bancaire de la CLI pour envoyer de l&#8217;argent \u00e0 son compte en fiducie. Appelez ou envoyez un courriel \u00e0 la CLI pour obtenir ces informations.
