Demander les mesures d&#8217;adaptation n\u00e9cessaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les mesures d&#8217;<span class=\"no-glossary\">adaptation<\/span> sont les changements que vous demandez \u00e0 la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI) d&#8217;apporter parce que sa fa\u00e7on habituelle de tenir les audiences est injuste pour vous ou contrevient \u00e0 vos droits de la personne. La CLI tient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les audiences \u00e0 distance, sur Zoom. Il arrive souvent que plusieurs audiences aient lieu au m\u00eame moment dans la m\u00eame salle virtuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe beaucoup de raisons de demander une mesure d&#8217;adaptation, par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous \u00eates dans une situation de handicap qui rend la comparution par Zoom difficile.<\/li>\n<li>Vous avez besoin des services d&#8217;un interpr\u00e8te.<\/li>\n<li>Vous n&#8217;avez pas l&#8217;\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 une audience sur Zoom.<\/li>\n<li>Votre connexion internet ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique n&#8217;est pas assez bonne pour assister \u00e0 une audience sur Zoom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour demander des mesures d&#8217;adaptation, utilisez le formulaire <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/demande-mesures-adaptation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Demande de mesures d&#8217;adaptation<\/a> de la CLI. Dites pourquoi vous ne pouvez pas assister \u00e0 une audience sur Zoom et ce que peut faire la CLI pour vous faciliter les choses. Par exemple, si vous avez un trouble d&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale et que vous avez de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 vous trouver en pr\u00e9sence de beaucoup de gens, vous pourriez demander \u00e0 la CLI de tenir votre audience dans une salle priv\u00e9e sur Zoom plut\u00f4t que dans une salle avec un groupe de personnes et d&#8217;autres audiences.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de joindre au formulaire les <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1259715\">preuves<\/span> justifiant votre demande de mesures d&#8217;adaptation. Par exemple, si vous \u00eates en situation de handicap, vous pouvez joindre un rapport m\u00e9dical expliquant votre diagnostic et vos sympt\u00f4mes.
