Savoir d\u00e9poser une plainte informelle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si l&#8217;incident n&#8217;est pas particuli\u00e8rement grave, ce peut \u00eatre une bonne id\u00e9e de vous rendre au poste de police pour y d\u00e9poser une <strong>plainte informelle<\/strong>. Vous pourrez travailler directement avec la police une fois sur place. C&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;on appelle la <strong><span class=\"no-glossary\">r\u00e9solution locale<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque poste de police a son agent d\u00e9sign\u00e9 pour les plaintes mineures.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exemples d&#8217;incidents se pr\u00eatant \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution locale. Le policier\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a \u00e9t\u00e9 impoli,<\/li>\n<li>a omis de faire quelque chose qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait cens\u00e9 faire,<\/li>\n<li>a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement endommag\u00e9 vos biens personnels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour savoir si votre plainte se pr\u00eate \u00e0 une r\u00e9solution locale, <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/leca-local-response\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lire cette page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les plaintes r\u00e9gl\u00e9es de cette mani\u00e8re ne sont pas officielles.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9solution d&#8217;une plainte informelle<\/h3>\n<p>Le policier peut tenter de r\u00e9gler la plainte par diff\u00e9rents moyens, par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discuter avec vous en personne,<\/li>\n<li>faciliter la discussion avec le ou les policiers responsables de l&#8217;incident,<\/li>\n<li>organiser une rencontre entre vous et le ou les policiers responsables de l&#8217;incident,<\/li>\n<li>faire en sorte qu&#8217;une personne non responsable de l&#8217;incident participe \u00e0 la rencontre pour contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de la plainte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La police doit tenter de r\u00e9soudre votre plainte dans les 15\u00a0jours.<\/p>\n<p>Si la r\u00e9solution locale fonctionne, vous n&#8217;avez rien d&#8217;autre \u00e0 faire. Le policier enverra un rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;<a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/complaints-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agence des plaintes contre les forces de l&#8217;ordre<\/a> (APFO).<\/p>\n<p>Si la police a besoin de plus de 15\u00a0jours, elle peut demander \u00e0 l&#8217;APFO de lui accorder du temps. Si elle n&#8217;arrive pas \u00e0 r\u00e9gler votre plainte, elle doit la transmettre \u00e0 l&#8217;APFO.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;APFO traitera votre dossier comme une plainte officielle.<\/p>\n<p>Vous n&#8217;avez pas \u00e0 passer par la r\u00e9solution locale. Vous pouvez d\u00e9poser directement une plainte officielle.
